For the analog devotee in your life(no doubt more than a few in this group) the dvd(yes they still exist thankfully) of The Truffle Hunters. As close to perfection as you can get in 120mins imo.
Good one, just ordered the NYRB subscription for my wife , went for print as we lack a few physical magazines these days and it’s great value. We live in New Zealand, and often US magazines are $200+ more to send it here but the NYRB is just an extra $15 per year for International delivery. That’s a great deal considering it’s twice a month. Will be a month behind probably but they will arrive regularly. Thanks for the recco

Oh nice! It’s one of the great magazines to read three months after the fact. I always bring them when I travel. Evergreen!
