Every month or so I answer your pressing questions. Today is one of those days. I really enjoy these sessions—it gives me a sense of what you’re interested in and hopefully, in a small way, I can offer some advice. So if there’s something you want my thoughts on now’s your chance. This is much better than DMs on Instagram, which end up in the digital shredder.
For new arrivals here’s how it works: Just ask a question in the comment sections of this message. Don’t respond to this email with your question (this happens quite a lot!). No judgments, but the idea is that the questions and answers are public, so our exchange can, theoretically, help others.
Please be specific, especially with travel (no: Where should I eat in Tokyo?—what’s the occasion, what’s your budget, what style of restaurant to you like, etc.). And if you have an insight into somebody else’s question feel free to contribute to the discourse.
And let’s limit things to one question just for symmetry and everybody’s sanity.
Thanks!
Good morning, David
I understand that lawn care is limited in NYC, but what would David Coggins wear when mowing the lawn and what should the rest of us wear during lawn mowing?
Is it better to file the piece you just finished at 11:49pm in order to *technically* make the deadline? Or just wait until the next am to make another round of edits/corrections even if that puts you a day after the agreed submission date?
